About this Research Topic
Through a translational approach, unravelling the complexity of immune regulatory and signalling mechanisms involved in major immune-related pediatric diseases will help to improve diagnostic and therapeutic approaches and provide further insights into the future care of children.
This Research Topic will provide a comprehensive and updated overview of the patterns of immune-related disease development in children, also mentioning current available diagnostic and therapeutic strategies. We welcome the submission of Reviews and Mini-Reviews articles covering, but not limited to, the following major topics: immunodeficiency, autoimmunity, allergy and infections in the pediatric age.
