The goal of this Research Topic aims to advance the key techniques related to the generation and transmission of renewable energy, including the converter topology, control strategy, reliability assessment, stability analysis, network topology, and etc., to promote the safe operation and efficient utilization of renewable energy and construct the renewable energy-dominated power systems. The Research Topic on the renewable energy development relates to multiple disciplines, such as the electrical engineering, the energy and power engineering, the computer and control science, the artificial intelligence (AI) science. It can provide a platform to facilitate interdisciplinary studies and share the most recent ideas in the related fields.
The topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
