About this Research Topic
This Research Topic aims to collect recent advanced methods, technologies, and studies in functional genomics and animal breeding within the context of livestock science. The goal is to provide a reliable source for a better understanding of the recent genomic technologies, enhancing knowledge in gene regulation, epigenetics, 3D genome architecture, and phenotype variation related to the production, nutrition, reproduction, health, and environmental adaptation of livestock animals. Further, it aims to contribute to genome data analysis, shed light on recent protocols and technologies, discuss therapeutic strategies, improve of livestock management practices, and provide updates on current genetics and genomics in field of livestock sciences.
