About this Research Topic
In this Research Topic, we aim to provide an update on the progress made in the treatment of lung cancer and discuss future prospects.

2. Recent advances in efforts towards more personalized therapy of lung cancer, such as Targeted Therapy and Immunotherapy.
3. New perspectives in drug development approaches and methods to lung cancer.
4. The update of novel techniques implemented in lung cancer drug discovery.
5. The progress of the fundamental research about lung cancer, such as identifying causal biological pathways and other relevant biomarkers research in cell lines and mice.
6. The advances of the clinical exploration of lung cancer, such as accurate diagnosis. Emerging therapeutic candidates on the horizon for the treatment of respiratory disease.
