About this Research Topic
This Research Topic aims to summarize original research articles, reviews, and opinion pieces that explore the current state of sleep health, influencing factors of sleep health, and the relationship between sleep health status and key health outcomes. In identifying approaches to accurately measure, assess, and improve sleep health, the current Research Topic strives to further substantiate the significance of sleep health in the field of public health.
We welcome a series of original research, review, synthesis, and systematic review articles from researchers in the field covering (but not limited to) the following topics:
• Epidemiological review, current status, and outlook of sleep health in different regions and populations worldwide.
• Factors influencing sleep health.

• Public health implications of improving sleep health in populations.
• Association between improving sleep health and achieving health equity.
