The development could be because of technological advancement. Across all the populations facing addictive behaviours, are vulnerable to risky situations in the workplaces, schools, families, and society. The causes, recommendations for preventions, possible predictors, and other factors are not enough. The danger of addictive behaviours and risky exposures have adversely affected people’s economy, education, marriage, career, etc. Furthermore, there is still excessive intake of cannabis, methamphetamine, etc. among children, adolescents, and adults.
Articles in this Research Topic can complement existing knowledge on addictive behaviours, risky exposures, and psychosocial health outcomes. If not, public health, psychological and social challenges such as depression, environmental diseases, trauma, stress, anxiety, and emotional distress, will continue to be on increase.
