The influence of language and culture on organizational strategy, organizational behavior, and consumer behavior has never been more important than now. Language and culture have been found to interact with organizational behavior, operation management, and marketing in various ways, for example, cross-culture influence on governance performance, national culture influence on purchase response, corporate social responsibility cross cultures, the influence of organizational culture on human decision processes, and the influence of linguistics and culture on consumer choice. With the acceleration of globalization, there are a large number of novel phenomena and relevant practical issues need to be further explored. Although language and culture have been widely examined, investigations are still needed to explore language and culture in the organization and consumer behaviors, such as national culture and operation management/supply chain management, multi-language packaging and purchase responses, and multi-language and organizational behavior.
