Cerebral Palsy (CP) is the most common motor disability in childhood, and it is a group of disorders that affect a person's ability to move, maintain balance and posture. These children present a variety of possible patterns of mobility, communication, manual use, participation, and encounter many facilitators and/or barriers on environmental factors.
The goal of this research topic is to explore the wide possibilities of patterns of functioning in the 21st century, according to the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health framework, that children and youths with CP are presented during their life span.
opic aims to promote the evidence and advances in the understanding of how children and youths with cerebral palsy live, how they are described and treated in the 21st century. We encourage the submission of all types of manuscripts: clinical trials, systematic reviews and/or metanalyses, scoping reviews, observational studies, case studies and protocols.
