The overall management of intracranial aneurysms, brain and spinal cord arteriovenous malformations and cavernous angiomas, cranial and spinal dural arteriovenous fistulas, as well as spontaneous cerebral hemorrhages impose to implement complex strategies and tailored tactics within the decision-making process of these patients. Additionally, the tremendous advancements of surgical, neuroimaging, endovascular and radiosurgical techniques have opened the way for a multidisciplinary approach of the neurovascular diseases, for which a continuous update is mandatory.
