About this Research Topic
NSAID-exacerbated respiratory disease (NERD) exists usually concomitantly with asthma and/or chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS). NERD patients have increased risk of recurrent endoscopic sinus surgeries and exacerbations. There is an increasing need for more research of co-morbidities of NERD and CRS: its genomics, risk factors, diagnostics, treatment, endotyping and precision medicine.
