This research topic has been organized as an extended forum for the workshop “From networks to behavior and back”, a satellite event of the European Behavioral Pharmacology Society (EBPS) Biennial Meeting (August 2019, Braga, Portugal). The exciting scientific program, brought together researchers from all around the world working on the field of Behavioral Pharmacology.

The goal of this Research Topic is to bring together original research, technical papers, reviews and/or opinions thereby serving as a platform to an audience with an interest into forefront approaches in Behavioral Pharmacology, Experimental Psychology and Psychiatry. In keeping with the multi-disciplinary nature of workshop, we welcome submissions providing insights into:
• Reward and Addiction
• Decision-making
• Memory
• Psychiatric Disorders
• Behavior and brain circuitry

Workshop participants and/or conference attendees are encouraged to submit their work for publication in this Research Topic. Submissions are nevertheless open to all authors interested in the above-mentioned topics.
