    Our study tackles a critical issue in thoracic surgery: the intraoperative localization of subsolid or small-sized pulmonary nodules, particularly during minimally invasive procedures. These nodules often go undetected due to their invisibility on the visceral pleura and the challenges of palpating them within deflated lungs, underscoring the need for precise localization techniques.We contribute to the field by comparing the accuracy and safety of two advanced approaches: electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopy (ENB) combined with Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) versus percutaneous marking (PM) guided by CBCT in a hybrid operating room (HOR).
