The COVID-19 pandemic has left its mark on all social groups, including the student population, who have tried to counteract its effects in various ways. The period of adolescence is the time of building one's identity in the space of everyday existence. The factors that create it (physical, mental, social, spiritual) have a direct impact on fitness and life satisfaction. Research participants: students from Palestinian and Polish universities represent two different cultures and conditions of everyday functioning. What unites them is humanity, personal development and generating the right conditions to find the path to happiness. The research covers 238 Palestinian and 293 Polish students who were asked 35 questions, the answers of which generated factors that build their sense of satisfaction with life after the COVID-19 pandemic. The collected data indicate that respondents from Palestine are happier optimists, who shape their everyday lives through good relationships with their loved ones, practising faith, and taking care of their physical condition and health. Polish students achieve life satisfaction through meeting friends, travelling, listening to music, watching movies and having a good financial status. Both groups do not see their happiness in psychoactive substances and cigarettes. The generally positive opinion presented by Palestinian and Polish respondents regarding personal satisfaction with life after the difficult time of the COVID-19 pandemic confirms the effectiveness of many health and social factors in eliminating the threat to life and health.
