Method Using computers to search CNKI, VIP, WanFang Data, Pubmed and other Chinese and English databases, the search time was limited from December 2019 to April 2022, and collected a cross-sectional study on the prevalence of anxiety and depression in front-line medical staff since the outbreak of COVID-19 , using STATA15.1 software to carry out Meta-analysis of the included literature data. Result A total of 30 studies were included, with a total sample size of 18,382 people. Meta-analysis results showed that during the COVID-19 epidemic, the total prevalence of anxiety among front-line healthcare workers was 43.00%, with a 95% CI of (0.36, 0.50), and the total prevalence of depression was 45.00%, with a 95% CI of (0.37, 0.52).The results of subgroup analysis showed that the prevalence of anxiety and depression in women, married, with children, and nurses were relatively high,The prevalence of anxiety is higher in those with a bachelor's degree or below, and the prevalence of depression with intermediate and above professional titles is higher. Conclusion During the COVID-19 epidemic, the prevalence of anxiety and depression in front-line medical staff was high. Attention should be paid to the screening of anxiety and depression in front-line medical staff and targeted measures should be actively taken.
