Objectives: Special Aerial Gymnastics Instruments (SAGI) belong to the permanent elements of the specialist training for cadet pilots. Appropriate physical activity and fitness are essential for performing military pilots' tasks. Therefore, one of the main goal of cadets' training is to develop adaptation to the extreme conditions of the military pilots work. The study aimed at determining an effect of training process on SAGI in cadets'pilot on the activity of aldolase, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), LDH enzymatic index (iZO), C-Reactive Protein (CRP) and haptoglobin (HP) levels, and physical fitness. Material and methods: Fifty five cadets, aged 20±0.70 years, participated in this study in two groups. In group A (n = 41,tested) there were cadets trained on SAGI with an emphasis on endurance and strength. In group B (n = 14, control), the cadets perfomed general fitness training. Blood samples were collectedbefore and after training I, II and III. LDH and its isoenzymes activity, aldolase, CRP and HP levels were assayed in blood serum, using commercially available tests; iZO value was calculated. Results: A downward trend was observed in HP and CRP levels in both groups, after all three trainings. In group A after trainings, activity of LDH and aldolase was lower than in group B. However, in both groups, a significant increase of iZO values was observed after training II and III in group A, respectively p<0.001, p<0.05 and in group B, respectively p<0.05 and p<0.0005. Also physical fitness improved in both groups. Conclusion: The course of exercises on SAGI showed that iZO value depends on the physical exercise intensity, its type, and adaptation.
