Roughly one third of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients with epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI)-sensitive mutated (EGFRm) tumors experience disease progression through central nervous system (CNS) metastases during treatment.
