ABSTRACT=<p>Penile squamous cell carcinoma is a rare malignant tumor of the male reproductive system. We report two cases of advanced penile squamous cell carcinoma with persistent partial response/complete response after sintilimab combined with chemotherapy and analyze the relevant tumor biomarkers.</p>
