    Please find all necessary files for the revised version of manuscript entitle "Diversity and functional traits based indigenous rhizosphere associated Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria for sustainable production of Rice" by Maria et al., which (Research paper) we like to resubmit as new submission for publication in your reputed journal. Indiscriminate use of phosphate based chemical fertilizers to meet the plant P requirements in agriculture lands enhanced the chemicals resides in soil and water. Excessive and prolonged application also disrupt the beneficial soil micro-flora resulting in curtailed nutrient availability. So, one appropriate choice is to use the phosphate solubilizing microbes to utilize the insoluble soil P, but performance of these microbes for their activity is severely affected by various abiotic stressors. So, there is need to optimize the culture conditions for maximum efficiency of bacteria to raise the success rate of field application of these P based bioinoculants. Basmati rice is a valuable exportable variety due to its taste and aroma. Diverse bacterial species dwelling with the Basmati rice have positive effects on the plant growth promotion. But in large scale omics' technologies most of the studies have witnessed burgeoning effect of rhizosphere microbiome for plant growth.
