Sediment nitrogen and sulfur cycles are essential biogeochemical processes that regulate the microbial communities of environmental ecosystems, which have closely linked to environment ecological health. However, their functional couplings in anthropogenic aquaculture sedimentary ecosystems remain poorly understood.
