    Background: Tai Chi, as a traditional Chinese martial art, has received extensive attention in recent years due to its multiple health benefits. It is believed to contribute to improved physical health, enhanced flexibility and coordination, as well as relief from psychological stress. Research demonstrates that Tai Chi improves physical health, enhances flexibility and coordination, and alleviates psychological stress.With the increase in research, the health benefits of Tai Chi have been confirmed by many scientific studies.
