Provisionally accepted- The Peoples Hospital of Yudu County, Ganzhou, China
Prostate abscess (PA) is a rare disease of the prostate. The development of prostate abscesses is associated with risk factors such as diabetes, lower urinary tract obstruction, and immunodeficiency. There are no guidelines for the surgical treatment of prostate abscesses, which is mainly done through three approaches: transrectal, transperineal, and transurethral, each with its advantages and disadvantages. This case report is the first to use a combined multichannel approach to treat PA. This will provide further evidence for therapeutic intervention in similar patients in the future.
