Serous ovarian carcinoma (SOC) is a gynecological malignancy with high mortality rates. Currently, there is a lack of reliable biomarkers for accurate SOC patient prognosis. Here, we analyzed SOC RNA-Seq data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) to identify prognostic biomarkers.
