ABSTRACT=<p>We report a case of meningoencephalitis due to <italic>Nocardia cyriacigeorgica</italic> diagnosed with metagenomics, while all the standard methods were negative. This diagnosis made adaptation of antimicrobial treatment possible and led to the discovery of a rare, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome.</p>
