In the published article, there was an error in “Figure 1” as published. The authors mistakenly labeled Post-Acute Care as Hospital and vice versa. The corrected “Figure 1” and its caption “Box plot showing distribution of ORIC, change commitment, and change efficacy scores separated by healthcare institution. This box plot was created via the ggplot2 package (38) in R (37).” appear below. The authors apologize for this error and state that this does not change the scientific conclusions of the article in any way. The original article has been updated.
