The final, formatted version of the article will be published soon.

The interplay between Helicobacter pylori and HIV remains unclear despite their high cooccurrence rates globally. While their interaction may be pathogenic or protective, challenges stem from lower H. pylori eradication success in HIV patients versus HIV-negative individuals.Optimizing management necessitates personalized treatment based on local resistance profiles and interactions screening. Further studies on clinical impacts and underlying mechanisms can guide tailored approaches to benefit this vulnerable population.
