A Corrigendum on

Incorrect Funding

In the published article, there was an error in the Funding statement. The sentence “Science and Technology Project of State Grid Ningxia Electric Power Co., LTD. (5229DK200051)” contains the incorrect funding number. The correct sentence appears below.

“Science and Technology Project of State Grid Ningxia Electric Power Co., LTD. (5229DK20004N).”

The authors apologize for this error and state that this does not change the scientific conclusions of the article in any way. The original article has been updated.
