In the published article, there was an error in affiliation 1. Instead of “State Grid Zhejiang Pinghu City Power Supply Co., Ltd. Zhejiang Pinghu, China,” it should be “State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Co., Ltd. Pinghu Power Supply Company, Pinghu, China.” Furthermore, the city in affiliation 2 has been corrected from “Zhejiang Hangzhou” to “Hangzhou.”
The authors apologize for this error and state that this does not change the scientific conclusions of the article in any way. The original article has been updated.
