The study offers a comprehensive overview and valuable insights into the attitudes of a sample of teaching staff in Morocco, including those currently in training, regarding genderresponsive education. It explores their perceptions related to gender knowledge and awareness on the one hand, the implementation of gender-responsive teaching methods on the other hand, and the development of gender-related behaviors on yet another hand, using the Teacher's Gender Equality Competence Scale (TEGEP). The data reveals a range of perspectives, varying according to the Likert scale, with some participants strongly supporting their knowledge and awareness of gender, their readiness to implement gender-responsive teaching methods, and their willingness to develop related behaviors, while others express more moderate or even opposing views. This provides a solid foundation for highlighting the areas where teachers demonstrate strong awareness and readiness, and the areas that need further development, emphasizing the need for more comprehensive strategies for both initial and continuous genderresponsive training.
