Due to a production error, the footnotes indicating senior authorship in the article were not included correctly. The author order in the authors’ list has now been re-arranged and senior authorship has now been correctly assigned to the authors Patrick Roberts, Jed Kaplan, Stephen Acabado, and Noel Amano.
