ABSTRACT=<p>Two new 3-decalinoyltetramic acid derivatives with peroxide bridge fusarisetins E (<bold>1</bold>) and F (<bold>2</bold>), one new chromone fusarimone A (<bold>5</bold>), two new benzofurans fusarifurans A (<bold>9</bold>) and B (<bold>10</bold>), three new isocoumarins fusarimarins A–C (<bold>11–13</bold>), as well as five known analogues <bold>3</bold>, <bold>4</bold>, <bold>6–8</bold> and <bold>14</bold> were isolated from mangrove endophytic fungus <italic>Fusarium</italic> sp. 2ST2. Their structures and absolute configurations were established by spectroscopic analysis, density functional theory-gauge invariant atomic orbital NMR calculation with DP4+ statistical analysis, and electronic circular dichroism calculation. Compounds <bold>1</bold> and <bold>2</bold> showed significant cytotoxicity against human A549 cell lines with IC<sub>50</sub> values of 8.7 and 4.3 μM, respectively.</p>
