    Background: Herbal products have long been utilized as remedies for various disease conditions, including infections. This study investigates the therapeutic mechanism of a traditional Chinese herbal combination in treating high-risk HPV infections. Methods:The herbal formula was prepared using common herbs: dry Millettia speciosa, Guanzhong (a spermatophyte), Sarsaparilla, White Fruit, and Cockscomb Flower. Eight female patients diagnosed with high-risk HPV were enrolled from January to September
