Spontaneous atrial dissection and atrial aneurysm are very rare diseases. This article may be the first report of a case in which the disease was discovered in the fetal period and successfully underwent surgery under extracorporeal circulation in infancy. Although the child in this case successfully underwent surgery and recovered and was discharged from the hospital, the timing of surgery for such diseases is still unclear. Therefore, this report aims to provide a treatment reference for similar cases.
