In the published article, there was an error in Figure 1 as published. The patient numbers are listed as 377 --> 377 --> 304, but it should say 377 --> 305 --> 304.In the published article, there were two text errors:1. We just realized that, in the formula of page 5, left column, two factors have decimals placed incorrectly. It's a formatting error, but it is significant as it impacts the dose calculations. We wouldn't have noticed it if it weren't for the clinical validation we're currently conducting with patients.The formula in the paper states: Log
