Instead of having the affiliation “7 Pharmacology and Toxicology Department, Faculty of Pharmacy, Tanta University, Tanta, Al-Gharbia, Egypt,” they should be affiliated with “9 Department of Clinical Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy, Menoufia University, Shebin El-Kom, Menoufia, Egypt.”
