A Corrigendum on

In the published article, there was a mistake in the Funding statement. In the original article, there was an error in Affiliations 1,2. Instead of “Electric Power Research Institute, State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company, Jinan, China; Shandong Electric Power Company, State Grid Corporation of China, Jinan, China”, it should be
“Power Grid Technology Center, State Grid Shandong Electric Power Research Institute, Jinan, China; Shandong Electric Power Dispatching and Control Center, State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company, Jinan, China”.
In the original article, an author’s affiliation was incorrectly written as “Kang Zhao2”. The correct affiliation is “Kang Zhao1”.
