In the published article, there was an error in the affiliation 1 for authors Liangdong Qin, Zhiyong Chen. Instead of “Economic Research Institute of State Grid Hebei Electric Power Company, Shijiazhuang, China”, it should be “State Grid Hebei Electric Power Co., Ltd., Shijiazhuang, China”.
