In the original article, there were two typographical errors in the citations included in the foot notes of Table 5 as published. In foot note 1, the citation to Garðarsdóttir et al. (2018) was incorrectly written as Güleç et al. (2020). In footnote 2, the citation to Kjärstad et al. (2016) was incorrectly written as Skogsindustrierna (2016). The corrected Table 5 appears below.
