This talk provides a description of geometrical models created by the Blue Brain Project that correspond to sampled regions of column neurons whose morphology is based on light-microscopy reconstructions. It also addresses registering these models to their counterparts in the electrical model, selecting the degree of resolution needed in the mesh models, and interfacing these models with coarser models of the extracellular environment.
