Brief Biography
Dr. Quan Zou receieved his undergraduate degree from Nankai University in 1998, and doctoral degree from Universite Paris 6 in 2006. Currently, He is post-doc researcher at University of Nevada, Reno and working on neurorobotics-related adaptation of Hebbian learning theory.
