Brief Biography
Gregory McCarthy is Professor of Psychology at Yale University. His research incorporates functional neuroimaging, intracranial electrophysiology, and cortical brain stimulation and focuses upon two themes. The first concerns the interplay between brain systems for executive processing and emotional regulation. The second theme concerns social perception, and the privileged processing of cues for social behavior such as faces and biological motion.
